This policy explains how refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled for payments made in connection with Csave Online LLC participation programs.

Refund Eligibility

Csave Online LLC is a membership-based savings participation platform. Csave is not a bank and does not hold, custody, or manage customer funds. All payments are processed exclusively by independent third-party payment processors.

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
  • Program contributions may be reviewed if a verified payment processing error occurs.
  • Refund requests must be submitted before participation begins, where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed participation periods
  • Fees used to access or activate platform features
  • Denied requests resulting from rule violations
  • Errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete user information

Disputes & Chargebacks

Members are required to contact Csave Support before initiating a dispute with their payment provider. Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account restrictions or termination.
