Who is eligible to request funds?
Only active members who meet the participation requirements for their selected plan and have confirmed contributions may submit a request.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Members may request a participation plan upgrade at any time. Changes take effect after confirmation and successful processing.
How much can I request?
Request amounts depend on participation level, contribution history, and available program limits. Amounts are not guaranteed.
What happens if my request is not approved?
You will receive a notification explaining the decision. You may reapply if your eligibility or participation status changes.
Can I cancel my plan?
You may cancel future contributions at any time. Completed contributions remain part of your account activity (subject to program rules).
Are requests guaranteed?
No. All requests are subject to eligibility rules, participation history, and available program funds.
How are funds collected & who pays requests?
Payments are collected through third-party payment processors. If Early Access / Requests are offered, approved requests are paid from available Csave program funds and are subject to eligibility, verification, and availability.
