Type of Request
Emergency Support
For verified urgent needs such as medical expenses, family emergencies, housing instability, or essential living costs.
Documentation or identity verification may be required.
Early Goal Withdrawal
Available to members who are on track or ahead of schedule and request early access to a portion of saved funds.
Approval depends on history and program rules. Submitting a request constitutes acceptance of program terms and eligibility requirements.
Request Review Timeline
Review (2–3 working days)
- Active or pending membership status
- Program criteria (emergency, education, or personal development)
- Participation and funding history
- We may request additional details (email/phone)
- In some cases, brief identity confirmation may be required
Decision (5–7 working days total)
You will receive an email with one of the outcomes:
- Approved (approved amount + estimated transfer date)
- Partially approved (approved amount + explanation)
- Not approved (reason for denial)
If approved, funds may be issued by bank transfer (preferred) or other supported payout method (if applicable).
Amount Guidelines
- Emergency Support – based on verified need and available program funds
- Early Goal Access – limited access to a portion of confirmed savings progress
- Boosted Support Option – limited additional support based on participation level and commitment
